Tapas Night turned FRED into a Spanish-style small-plates evening, built around the idea of grazing rather than a single main course. The concept leaned into bold, punchy flavours and shareable portions, encouraging guests to order widely and pass plates around the table.

The lineup drew on Spanish classics — patatas bravas, gambas al ajillo, and croquetas alongside jamón and a rotating selection of pinchos. Drinks and small bites set the pace for the evening, with the format built for lingering conversation and a steady stream of new dishes rather than one big plate at the centre.
