Formerly of double Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers, Patty & Bun & Nopi, Luke Findlay was the first host at FRED, bringing his new wave ‘traditionally inauthentic’ Ramen to Lahore for five nights of modern Japanese Izakaya-style dining.
The pop up was a truly collaborative effort, one in which many of Lahore’s foremost restaurateurs and chefs were instrumental - a wonderful week of Luke Findlay hosting; working with Amavi Patisserie for desserts; graduating chefs from SCAFA; as well as sous chefs from Bamboo Union.
