FRED welcomed Chef Dev for a guest pop-up that took diners on a global culinary journey in a single sitting. The concept spanned continents rather than one cuisine, drawing on Chef Dev's own cross-cultural background and travels to build a menu that moved from region to region course by course.

Each dish nodded to a different corner of the world, blending techniques and flavours that reflected a well-travelled palate rather than sticking to any single culinary tradition. The evening was positioned as a rare collaboration — a chance for Lahore diners to experience a guest chef's global perspective through FRED's own kitchen.
