Middle Eastern celebration of flavors

The Middle Feast brought the warmth and generosity of Middle Eastern hospitality to FRED. The pop-up drew from across the region's culinary traditions, built around shared plates, smoky grills, and bright, herb-forward flavours designed for lingering, communal dining.

Mezze spreads anchored the table — hummus, baba ganoush, and fattoush alongside charred meats off the grill and warm flatbread pulled straight from the oven. The concept leaned into a relaxed, feast-style format that echoed how the region eats: family-style, unhurried, and centred on sharing rather than individual plates.
