Koh Phred was FRED's first dive into Thai cuisine, the pop-up that laid the groundwork for everything Koh Phred 2.0 later built on. The name played on Koh Phi Phi, giving the concept its beachy, island-inspired identity from the start.

The menu leaned into the sour, sweet, salty, and spicy balance Thai food is known for, bringing street-food energy to FRED's space for the first time. It set the tone and format that the sequel would go on to refine — proving popular enough with Lahore diners to earn a second round.
